Biography

Elisha is a soulful gospel artist who started out singing in a small country church in Sparta , Va. After winning the 2005 award for the "spoken word artist of the year," at the UIMA’S, she decided to try her hand at songwriting. Elisha is a published poet in the "Great Poems of the Western World." Because God is the reason for all her success in life Elisha has decided to give him praise in song. " I’m Blessed" If I don’t scream, does that mean that I don’t express, My happiness, about your goodness and your love, I know I’m blessed, I shouldn’t have to stress about the things that I possess. The gifts you’ve given and the endless need to travel a path of righteousness to achieve success. If I don’t cry, does that mean that I don’t show my love for you? I don’t deny the need to try to give a reply but, I’m just so shy, I can not lie, it’s hard to comply with the world’s undefined appreciation for him who died. I can only do my best to express, my gratitude and Thank God for JESUS, because of him "I’m Blessed."
